Ed Hamilton, President

Mr. Hamilton brings a unique level of expertise to CA Partners. He has an extensive background in business, business development and customer service. He has been involved with several successful start-up companies as well as providing growth and expertise to existing companies. Ed has been involved within the real estate industry for many years, and this experience and understanding of the industry is a great asset to CA Partners and clients. He will devote much of his time working with developers, attorneys and community leaders to make a difference in the HOA industry. Mr. Hamilton has been recognized by the Faculty Group for his knowledge relating to the long term sustainability of communities.

Ed brings an extensive customer service background to CA Partners, and has a goal of making each community he works with a great place to live!

Keith A. Gustafson, Senior Vice President

Keith has an extensive background in the construction industry, including single family homes, surveying, and facilities maintenance. He also has had the pride of owning his own business for many years, has been focused on doing the right thing for the customer, and making sure to provide the best value. He is passionate about the opportunity to serve homeowners and boards and takes great pride in building long-term relationships with his clients.

Mr. Gustafson's experience working with developers over the past couple of years is a real asset to CA Partners. He will continue to make sure that the developers he works with are given the attention and commitment they deserve as he performs their reserve studies, maintenance plans, initial operating budgets, and general support and guidance. Keith's attention to detail and commitment to excellence are valuable attributes as he guides developers through the increasingly complex path to condominium and planned unit development.

Julie Balestreri, CMCA, Senior Community Manager

A graduate of Oregon State University, Julie has over eight years of experience in the community management field. Prior to becoming a community manager, Julie had a successful career in sales and as a licensed property manager. A member of Oregon-Washington Community Managers Association, (OWCAM), she has served on its certification committee since its inception and also serves on the local Community Association Institutes program committee. Julie has managed a wide variety of homeowner associations, from high rise condominiums and large HOA's with extensive common areas to smaller suburban townhome communities. As a pro-active manager, she enjoys the fast paced ever-changing field of community management. With her outstanding communication skills, commitment to her associations and passion for the industry, Julie makes an outstanding manager.

Andrea Klopfenstein, CMCA, Senior Community Manager

An Oregon native, Andrea has been working in the community management field for almost a decade. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and has been a member of the Oregon Washington Community Association Managers (OWCAM) since its inception in 2002. She holds degrees in English and in Teaching from University of Oregon and Pacific University, respectively.

Andrea has managed small, boutique condominium communities, large, multi-family subdivisions, and everything in between. She uses her knowledge, skills and expertise to help her Boards create priorities, find balance in tricky issues, and help their communities run smoothly. Andrea understands the benefits of a long-term relationship between manager and association and works with her Boards to foster the respect and mutual understanding required to bring that about. Clear, open communication, patience, and the ability to find the common good are some of the things she brings to everything she does.
